Selling your books
Our website facilitates the sale of used books that you have.
The following conditions apply to such a sale.
01.
When you sell used books through our website,
they must be of high quality. To do so, first read the following terms. Then you
can get an idea of the books that should and should not be given to us.
· The cover should not be peeled off or damaged.
· Pages should not be torn, striped, or misplaced.
· The pages should not be damaged by wetting with
water or any other liquid.
· The original copy should not be a photocopy.
· There should be no excessive staining on the
cover or inside pages.
· Must not be a misprint or an incomplete print.
· A book that is not permitted to be distributed
or sold for free or should not be a book recommended for adults.
· Must be a book that has not been harmed by
animal fur, feces, or carnivores.
· Books with a small amount of writing, underlined
or highlighted pages are permitted subject to the following conditions.
o
That amount should be less than 20% of the pages
of the book.
o
No more than 50% of any page should be blocked.
o
Notes should not interfere with printed letters.
o
Must not contain obscene words or pictures.
o
There should be no colored pictures.
02.
Books you want to sell should be delivered to us
by courier or regular postal service.
03.
We will check them and if they do not match
number 01 they will be removed.
(The
books you provide will be reviewed one by one and will be removed if they do
not comply with our terms. We may review them at your request and make the
final decision regarding the selection of books, as our purpose is to provide
superior customer service.)
04.
Books that have been removed will be returned to
you and a fee will be charged to you.
If
books are returned by regular postal service, the following fees will be
charged to you. The postage depends on the weight of your package and may vary
from time to time.

05.
You have to decide the price of the book you are
offering and it should be a maximum of 75% of the price mentioned in the book.
06.
We will add 10% of the price you quote as a service
charge when posting on the website.
07.
You will be notified by e-mail after uploading
your books to the website.
08.
After handing over the books to us, we will take
all the responsibility up to the sale of the books.
09.
We will cover all expenses up to the point of
delivery of your books to the customer.
10.
After the sale of the books, you will be charged
the quoted price.
11.
The time it takes to sell a book depends on the
market demand and price of the book. Therefore, we are not responsible for the
time it takes to sell the book.
12.
You can retrieve an uploaded book and you will
be charged 10% of the service charge.

ඔබ සතුව පවතින භාවිතා කරන ලද පොත් අප වෙබ් අඩවිය මගින් විකිණීමට පහසුකම් සලසා දී ඇත. එසේ විකිණීමේදී පහත සදහන් කොන්දේසි අදාල වේ.
01. අපගේ වෙබ් අඩවිය තුලින් භාවිතා කරන ලද පොත් විකිණීමේදී ඒවා උසස් තත්වයෙන් තිබීම අනිවාර්ය වේ. ඒ සදහා ප්‍රථමයෙන් පහත සදහන් කොන්දේසි කියවන්න. එවිට අප වෙත ලබා දිය යුතු හා නොදිය යුතු පොත් පිළිබද අදහසක් ඔබට ලබාගත හැකිවේ.
අපවෙත ලබා දීමට සුදුසු පොත් පහත පරිදි විය යුතුය,
· පිටකවරය ගැලවී හෝ හානි නොවී තිබිය යුතුය.
· පිටු ගැලවී, ඉරි හෝ අස්ථානගතවී නොතිබිය යුතුය.
· පිටු වතුර හෝ වෙනත් දියරයකින් තෙමි පෙගිමෙන් හානි නොවි තිබිය යුතුය.
· මුල් පිටපතක ෆොටෝ කොපි කර සකස් කරන ලද පිටපතක් නොවිය යුතුය.
· පිටකවරය හෝ ඇතුලත පිටුවල අධික ලෙස පැල්ලම් නොතිබිය යුතුයි.
· වැරදි මුද්‍රණයක් හෝ අසම්පුර්ණ මුද්‍රණයක් නොවිය යුතුයි.
· නොමිලේ බෙදාහැරීමට හෝ විකිණීමට අවසර නොමැති පොතක් හෝ වැඩිහිටියන්ට වඩාත් සුදුසු යැයි නිර්දේශිත පොතක් නොවිය යුතුයි.
· සතුන්ගේ රෝම, අසුචි හෝ කාවන් කෑමෙන් හානි නොවූ පොතක් විය යුතුයි.
· කුඩා ලිවීම් ප්‍රමාණයක් සහිත පොත්, යටින් ඉරි ඇඳීම හෝ පිටු උද්දීපනය කිරීම කරන ලද පොත් පහත කොන්දේසි වලට යටත්ව අවසර ලබා දෙනු ලැබේ.
o එම ප්‍රමාණය පොතේ පිටු වලින් 20%කට වඩා අඩු ප්‍රමාණයක් විය යුතුයි.
o ඕනෑම පිටුවකින් 50% කට වඩා අවහිර නොවී තිබිය යුතුයි.
o සටහන් මගින් මුද්‍රිත අකුරුවලට බාදා නොවිය යුතුයි.
o අසැබි වචන හෝ පින්තුර නොතිබිය යුතුයි.
o පාට කරන ලද පින්තුර නොතිබිය යුතුයි.
02. ඔබට විකිණීමට අවශ්‍ය පොත් ගෙනවිත් භාරදීම, කුරියර් කිරීමෙන් හෝ සාමාන්‍ය තැපැල් සේවාව මගින් අපවෙත ලැබීමට සැලැස්විය යුතුය.
03. අප විසින් ඒවා පරික්ෂාකර බලා අංක 01 හා නොගැලපේ නම් ඒවා ඉවත්කරනු ලැබේ.
(ඔබ විසින් ලබා දෙන පොත් අප විසින් එකින් එක පරික්ෂාකර බලා, අපගේ කොන්දේසි හා නොගැලපේ නම් ඉවත්කරනු ලැබේ. ඔබගේ ඉල්ලීම මත නැවත පරික්ෂාකර බැලිය හැකි අතර පොත් තෝරාගැනීම සම්බන්ද අවසාන තීරණය අප සතු වේ. එසේ කරනුයේ පාරිභෝගිකයාට උසස් සේවාවක් ලබා දීම අපගේ අරමුණ බැවිනි.)
04. එසේ ඉවත් කරන ලද පොත් නැවත ඔබ වෙත භාරදෙනු ලබන අතර ඒ සදහා මුදලක් වැය වේ නම්, එය ඔබගෙන් අයකරගනු ලැබේ.
සාමාන්‍ය තැපැල් සේවාව මගින් පොත් ආපසු හරවා එවන්නේනම් පහත ගාස්තු ඔබගෙන් අයකරගනු ලැබේ. එම තැපැල් ගාස්තුව ඔබගේ පැකේජයේ බර මත රඳා පවතින අතර ගාස්තු කාලයෙන් කාලයට වෙනස් විය හැක.

05. ඔබ විසින් ලබා දෙන පොතක මිල තීරණය කිරීම ඔබ සතුවන අතර එය පොතෙහි සදහන් මිලෙන් 75%ක උපරිමයක මිලක් විය යුතුය.
06. වෙබ් අඩවියෙහි පලකිරීමේදී සේවා ගාස්තු වශයෙන් ඔබ සදහන් කරන මිලට 10% මිලක් අප විසින් එකතු කරනු ලැබේ.
07. ඔබගේ පොත් වෙබ් අඩවියට උඩුගතකල පසු ඊ-මේල් පණිවිඩයක් මගින් ඔබවෙත දැනුම්දෙනු ලැබේ.
08. පොත් අපවෙත භාරදීමෙන් පසු එම පොත් විකිණීම දක්වා සියලු වගකීම අප විසින් භාරගනු ලැබේ.
09. ඔබගේ පොත් පරිබෝගිකයා වෙත ලබා දීම දක්වා සියලු වියදම් අප විසින් දරනු ලැබේ.
10. පොත් විකිණීමෙන් පසු ඔබ සදහන් කල මිල ඔබවෙත ගෙවීමට කටයුතු කරනු ලැබේ.
11. පොතක් විකිණීම සදහා ගතවන කාලය, පොතට වෙළද පොලෙහි ඇති ඉල්ලුම හා මිල මත තීරණය වේ. එම නිසා පොත විකිණීමට ගතවන කාලය පිළිබද වගකීම අප විසින් දරනු නොලැබේ.
12. උඩුගත කල පොතක් නැවත ඔබට ලබා ගත හැකි අතර එවිට සේවා ගාස්තු වශයෙන් අයකරන 10%ක මුදල ඔබගෙන් අයකරනු ලැබේ.
